Founding Gecko Bricks

During my University Engineering degree, I started a business designing and selling 3D-printed wall brackets forLego sets. The business started with one product and quickly grew to over 180 unique products.

Each wall mount product is designed specifically for the Lego set. The kit is made up of several individual parts that are designed to optimise the strength of 3D printed parts. Each wall mount undergoes simulation load testing and real-world overload testing and comes with a set of instructions to assemble the mount and install it safely.

The business itself grew rapidly and I was careful to create a brand image and customer service second to none. Ensuring that customers trusted the brand and would return to expand their Lego wall display. I have learned so much about running a successful business and skills that go far beyond my training as an engineer.
