As a personal project, I fully restored a Herald 125cc motorcycle, stripping it down to every nut and bolt. All components were cleaned, paint removed, and key parts including sensors, wiring, brakes, fuel tank, seat, and headlight were replaced or refurbished. The frame and panels were resprayed, and the bike was carefully reassembled with attention to detail. After a full service and MOT, the motorcycle is now back on the road and in reliable daily use. This hands-on project deepened my understanding of motorcycle systems and reinforced my practical engineering skills.
